The conditions on this job (terrain and weather) poised definite risk and challenges and being able to say that we finished the project with no injuries, first aid or recordable, is something that we all can be proud of. 	Ryan Wilcox- Project Lead Safety Coordinator; I am very pleased, proud, and appreciative for being able to say that we have completed the CVGS Pipeline Project incident and injury free. We successfully finished work on schedule and not only did not have any recordable injuries but also had no first aid injuries as well. Kevin, Project Superintendent, did an amazing job of not only compiling a group of foreman that were committed to ensuring a safe work site each day but he also took it upon himself to speak about the importance of safety every time he had the chance. By utilizing more safety meetings, having all of the foreman buy into the overall safety program and communicating this to all of their employees, a safety culture that we can be proud of was created on the project. We are heading in the right direction and from a company standpoint, this project can be used as a benchmark. We have always said that we strive to be incident/injury free at all times and we can now honestly say that we have completed a project that met that goal.
